First Free Print Available

Updated: Apr 6, 2024

I have a free print available if you navigate into the Free Files tab of the site. I'll link the location in the blog here so you can download as well. However it is a basic blower/ash flue for a break drum forge build for those looking to fabricate one. It is from the one project that I am working on and it is the first revision. The second revision has a lot more to it and is what I will be selling in my final product. Below is an image of the pdf file you can download here.

Using schedule 40 steel pipe (3" nipples) and a 3" T Malleable Iron Connection you can construct a simple blower ash flue. All you will need to do is fabricate an adjustable bottom to adjust the airflow coming into the Fire Pot (top of the Flue) from the side where the blower would connect. This allows for easy cleaning of the system and airflow management using electric blowers. For more information be sure to purchase my final product on its launch to see how my friends and I came about solving this issue.
